Sprinter train at Cal State San Marcos

Just wanted to quickly post this photo of a Sprinter train (Siemens Desiro EMU) at the new Cal State San Marcos station, taken today during the joint TRAC/SDERA excursion. I’ll post more pictures later …

One minor nitpick….it’s a DMU, not an EMU. Is there an electric version of the Desiro out there? But apart from that, it’s cool. The photo I mean. So has service started yet?

I was wondering if you had anymore of the Promotional fold up Sprinter trains for kids. My grandson was quite disappointed that you were out of them at the Oceanside depot.
