Swiss Transport Minister is riding a freight train

Swiss Federal Transport Minister Moritz Leuenberger is riding on a freight train from Germany through Switzerland to Italy today and tomorrow. He has been invited by SBB Cargo to ride along on this route, enabling him to check up on the status of freight railroading on Switzerland’s most important transit route today.

Mr Leuenberger uses the train almost daily to get from Zurich, his hometown to the Swiss capital of Bern.
